- Technical Support: During the holiday period, our official website and inquiry forms remain active. However, please note that response times may be longer than usual.
- Order Processing: Any orders or requests for quotations (RFQ) received during the holiday will be processed chronologically starting from March 26th.
- Emergency Contact: For urgent matters regarding existing infrastructure installations, please refer to your dedicated account manager.
