Request for Quotation (RFQ)
The process begins with your specific requirements. You can contact our sales team by clicking the “Request Quote” button located at the top right of our website.
- Please specify the PDU models required, such as Germany Socket, C13, C19, or Intelligent PDU series.
- Provide any custom technical specifications, including cable length, plug types, or specific monitoring features.
- Include your company’s contact details to ensure a prompt and accurate response.
Technical Consultation & Verification
Our technical specialists will review your request to ensure the best fit for your infrastructure.
- We verify stock availability or establish a production timeline for custom-made units.
- If necessary, our team will reach out for a technical consultation to ensure the PDU’s ampere ratings and phases align perfectly with your data center or server rack load.
Official Quotation Issuance
Yurro will provide a formal quotation sent directly to your registered email.
- This document includes unit pricing, estimated lead time (delivery schedule), and payment terms.
- Our quotations are competitive and include comprehensive warranty details to protect your investment.
Purchase Order (PO) Submission
Once you have reviewed and approved our quotation:
- Your company issues a formal Purchase Order (PO) to Yurro.
- Our administration team will then issue a Proforma Invoice to facilitate the necessary payment administration.
Production & Quality Control (QC)
Upon confirmation of the order:
- Every PDU unit undergoes a rigorous Quality Control (QC) process. We test all monitoring functions, ampere meters, and socket integrity to ensure they meet 100% of Yurro’s performance standards.
- For custom-engineered solutions, production is carried out by our expert technical team.
Logistics & Delivery
- Products are packaged using high-security industrial standards to prevent any damage during transit.
- We provide tracking numbers or confirm the exact delivery schedule to your site.
- The process is completed once the goods are received and verified by your team.
