2-Year Comprehensive Warranty
At YURRO (PT Palko Aditya Mandiri), we engineer our Power Distribution Units to meet the highest industrial standards. We stand behind the quality of our products with a comprehensive warranty program designed to keep your infrastructure running smoothly.
All YURRO PDU units are covered by a 2-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a product proves to be defective during the warranty period, Yurro will, at its sole option, repair or replace the product with a comparable unit.

Warranty Exclusions
Improper Installation: Damage caused by incorrect wiring, overloading circuits, or failure to follow the installation manual.
Misuse & Abuse: Physical damage, dropping, or modification of the unit without authorization.
Environmental Factors: Damage caused by lightning strikes, floods, fire, or exposure to water/humidity beyond the product’s IP rating.
Unauthorized Repair: Attempted repairs by personnel not authorized by Yurro.
Return Policy

Defective on Arrival (DOA): If a product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 3 days of receipt for an immediate replacement.

Order Errors: Returns for incorrectly ordered items are subject to approval and may incur a restocking fee. Items must be returned in original packaging and unused condition.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Contact Support: Contact our technical team via WhatsApp or Email (check Contact Us page) with your Order ID (*if any) and a description of the issue.

Assessment: Our team will perform a preliminary troubleshooting via phone/video call to identify the problem.

RMA Issuance: If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, you will be asked to ship the unit to our Service Center.

Repair/Replace: Upon inspection, we will repair or replace the unit and ship it back to you.
